Welcome to the Vendors Application page for Capital Pride KY on Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM! Location is downtown Frankfort, KY at 300 W. Broadway, Frankfort, KY.
 
By joining us as Vendors at this year’s Capital Pride Ky Festival, a family-friendly event, you show your support for LGBTQ+ individuals in Kentucky and across America, and reaffirm your commitment to stand in solidarity with their ongoing struggle against discrimination and injustice. As always, we appreciate your presence and support.

The Vendor Application must be submitted online. Once submitting your online application, please download the PDF application information and 2026 Event Packet. PLEASE NOTE: All applications require the approval of the Capital Pride KY, Inc Vendor Committee. If for some reason your application cannot be approved, a refund will be issued. 
 
Applications and payments are due by Friday, October 2, 2026.

Booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: Electrical hookups are very limited.

Refunds and Cancellations: This event is an outdoor event and is RAIN OR SHINE. No refunds will be given for inclement weather. Please plan accordingly. n effect on the day of the event.
