By joining us as Vendors at this year’s Capital Pride Ky event, you show your support for LGBTQ+ individuals in Kentucky and across America, and reaffirm your commitment to stand in solidarity with their ongoing struggle against discrimination and injustice. As always, we appreciate your presence and support.

You have the option of downloading and filling out a PDF version of the Vendor Application or submitting an online application below. Once submitting your online application, please download the PDF application for important information. PLEASE NOTE: All applications require the approval of the Capital Pride KY, Inc vendor committee. If for some reason your application cannot be approved, a refund will be issued. 
 
Payment for vendors is due by October 6, 2023 with completed vendor application
For all political campaign booths: Due to regulations in place by Kentucky Historical Properties, all political campaign booths will be located on Broadway Street.

Refunds and Cancellations: This event is an outdoor event and is RAIN OR SHINE. No refunds will be given for inclement weather. Please plan accordingly. In the event cancellation is required due to COVID, credit will be issued for next year's event. Event participants are requested to adhere to all state and local COVID safety recommendations or requirements.in effect on the day of the event.
